For all those concerned, please call your Leadership Training Advisor as soon as possible if circumstances require a cancellation, transfer or change in the event attendance. Cancellation, transfer and change fees will be applied to the event credit at the time of the cancellation, transfer or change. To ensure we continue to provide you with the best training solutions our Leadership Training Advisor Team will work with you to find the date that best fits your schedule.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY:
All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars unless specified by a prior contract. When purchasing from us, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. TERM PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (TPA):
Term Purchase Agreement (TPA) payments will be collected on the date specified in the payment schedule. By accepting these terms you are authorizing Rapport Leadership to charge the provided credit card the scheduled amount on the scheduled date. If the scheduled date falls on a weekend or holiday the payment will be processed on the following business day.
Full attendance in each Leadership Training (Leadership Breakthrough One, Leadership Breakthrough Two, Power Communication, Life Mastery, Eagle Quest) session is required. If participant cancels or transfers its reservation within fourteen (14) days of its scheduled course date, a fee of $100 will be applied against the course value. If the reservation is canceled or transferred within seven (7) days of the scheduled course date, a fee of $550 will be applied against the course value. Participant shall be obligated to pay the difference at the time of enrolling in the new course date. Participant MUST reschedule its reservation, pay any outstanding fees due, and attend the training session within one year of the date of receipt of the original signed invoice or the remaining tuition balance shall be forfeited. Tuition amounts are guaranteed up to one year from the signature date and are subject to change at any time thereafter. In the event three or more participants from the same company, who are scheduled to attend the same course, cancel said reservation within six (6) weeks of the scheduled course, a cancellation fee of $250 per person shall apply. Course dates are subject to change.
ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING:
Organisational Development Training requires a 50% deposit to secure the event date(s). Any and all remaining balances will be due upon the delivery of the event. Other expenses – travel, meals, hotel accommodations, parking, tolls, taxi / rental car, shipping, and/or additional reasonable expenses will be billed to the client at actual cost after the training event. The client will be responsible for providing a training facility that meets our specified requirements.
